Are you tired of seeing my name in your inbox yet? I am sorry but I'm trying to address issues raised by a number of people in ways that will answer the unasked questions.

I have had several people call to ask if they are not pre-registered can they still attend War of the Wings III . . . 

Absolutely! $10 at the gate, just like pre-reg. ($3 added for non-members and minors are free) The pre-registration was to allot land for groups camping together.
