But if it was centralized SCA corporation could send a lump sum check to the
hosting group maybe within 2 weeks after the cut off. The hosting group
would not own the Paypal account used by corporate or any paypal account for
that matter.
The hosting group could get a troll roster from the centralized site.
There are ways to do it and keep to the spirit of rules. I am not an expert
on the policies but other non profits like the Red Cross and a lot of
Charities have done it why can't we?
I think it would automate most of the prereg process.
