12th Night Scroll Competition for Blank AOA-Level Awards 
Roll up your sleeves and produce a single blank Award of Arms-level scroll that will be given to a worthy recipient at a future event. This is for beginners and experienced scribes alike. No documentation necessary (but it is welcome). This competition is to encourage people to get out their art supplies and get to work. You have 2 months to produce 1 scroll. Make it your best. You can do it!
 
Entries can be any of the following:
1. Artwork and calligraphy, with blanks for: the year, the names of royalty, the name of the recipient.
2. Artwork can have a blank shield or no shield.
3. Artwork only, with a blank space for future calligraphy. 
 
You can have multiple entries if you wish, but this competition is about quality, not quantity. So don't burn yourself out churning out many blanks, it's not necessary. Just concentrate on making one quality scroll.
 
First prize for a new scribe (less than 1 year of scribing) will be a nice assortment of art supplies for future scrolls. 
 
First prize for an experienced scribe (more than 1 year of scribing) will be a Logan Compact Mat Cutter model 301-S.
 
For those of you paying attention, this announcement is the third competition involving paper/book arts for 12th Night. I can't wait to see all the artwork at the event! Atlantia rocks!
