[MR] Reminder! Heraldic Garb competition at 12th Night!

Just a quickie reminder for those designing their 12th Night garb.  Please
remember I am sponsoring a Heraldic Garb competition.  Entries should
encompass elements of your heraldry in some fashion as to be identifiable as
such, and representative of you.  I will announce on the Merry Rose the
names of my two roving judges shortly before 12th Night, so you'll know who
to parade by!  Hope to see some great entries!
