[MR] 12th night on / off board

Greetings!

 

12th night is now 2 months away.  As of yesterday ¼ of the feast seats have been sold.  If you are planning to come and want to eat feast I would suggest that you get your reservations in before the holiday season starts.

 

We are also offering an off board seating area.  If you are coming, but do not want to eat THE WONDERFUL feast, there is no need to leave.  Please let me know in your reservation if you would like to be signed up for off-board seating.  

 

Please have your reservations post marked by December 26th.  Any reservations received with postmarks after December 26th will be placed on the troll sheet, but will not be given login and password to sign up for feast seats.  I will still send you email confirmation that your reservation has been received.  You will need to then sign up for seats on site.  

 

As a reminder please include the following information on your reservations:

Point of Contact person with email address

Names of all people on reservation (SCA and modern)

Membership number if possible

If you have children please list their ages 

If you are not eating feast if you like to be off board
