[MR] KMoAS position to be available

More specifically, I am stepping down as Tempore Atlantia Coordinator.  The
job is to coordinate the Tempore Atlantia competitions at Spring and Fall
Coronation, Spring and Fall Crown Tourney and Kingdom 12th Night. If you
have any questions about the job, I will be more than happy to answer them.
