[MR] Another weekend traffic obstacle

Greetings to the Tavern --

Mistress Chagan has done a fantastic job of warning people about a major construction project in Maryland.

However, there is another large road project that may affect people traveling to and from Saturday's events from certain regions in Northern Virginia and points south. The traffic flow across the Woodrow Wilson Bridge on the Capital Beltway (just south of DC) will be cut back severely as workers prepare to open the second span of the bridge.
