[MR] Another weekend traffic obstacle

Check traffic reports on the radio or internet.
Since the Washington post is warning of trouble,
the American Legion bridge may have trouble from re-routed traffic.
While the American Legion bridge has no
construction at the moment, traffic on the outer
loop toward Virginia is frequently bad after NH
ave, and traffic from 270 to the bridge is often
stationary during rush hours, and is never good.
