for Bones
Margaret Fraser (a pair of SCAdians?) series about Soeur Frevisse 
(Novice's Tale)
Michael Jecks series beginning with The Last Templar
Sharon Kay Penman several books, one series on Wales
Edward Marston series set shortly after Norman invasion of Eng.
Ian Morson series beginning with Falconer's Crusade
Peter Tremayne series sent in 7th (8th?) century Ireland (Sister Fidelma)
Candace Robb series set in York about Owen Archer (Apothecary Rose)
C L Grace (pseudonym of P C Doherty) series about Kathryn Swinbrook
P C Doherty series beginning with The Death of  King
Sharan Newman series set in France about Catherine LeVendeur

There are several more that are escaping me at the moment. My local 
public library published a flyer listing medieval mysteries. If I can 
unearth a copy I am sure I'll find more.
