Perhaps I misunderstood, but this looks a lot like "It would be work for
us and you wouldn't understand it anyway." Forgive me if I
misinterpreted, but that is an answer with which I am all too familiar 
from interactions with the government. In past cases only the first part 
of that statement was an accurate one. Did I misunderstand?

It seems to me that most tourney reports are submitted electronically in 
any case. It would be relatively simple to share this with the populace. 
  We could even go it one fancier and convert the results to web pages 
and include them as part of the Kingdom record. I am not the savviest of 
web developers, but this would be within my capabilities if you wished 
to pursue it.
