Then there's the one about some SCAdians going off-board from a Rencester
event, to a pizza joint that used to be near the Polo Club. Waitress takes
their orders, and stares at the garb.  Brings drinks, stares some more.
Likewise, when she brings the pizza. Finally, when she brings the check, she
says,

"Hey, I've got to ask..."

"Are we in a play?"

"No. Why are you wearing a 14th C outfit with a 15th C hat?"
