[MR] Elvegast Hosting Ren Faire Demo

Greetings!! On April 12th (sat)and 13th(sun),Elvegast will be hosting a demo
at the NC Ren Faire.We will be there from 10am to 6pm.
At the current moment I am looking for SCA members to help.I will have
passes for all involved in the demo to share.Douglas will have a
limited number of half price passes.I am looking for the following
volunteers.
Heavy Fighters and Heavy Marshalls
Rapier Fighters and Rapier Marshalls
Artisans ,Arts and Sciences, Heralds, and anyone else who feels they can
contribute to this demo.
I am in need of / looking to locate
Pavilions.2 to 3.
benches and tables.
 list field.
Also if you have anything you feel would help this demo bring it or contact
me.If anyone knows who or where these items can be found at please email me.
Marion and Solvar have offered to bring benches and tables and help Jason
and I set up the pavilions.I would like to set the pavilions up on friday
night.
I will have light snacks and plenty of drinks.If you would like to help tell
me what day you would like to come,what time you can come,and what you would
like to do.
If anyone has ANY suggestions for me send those to me also.They are welcome.
