Battle of the Oranges, March 29th in Bahama, NC (directions below)

10am Site opens to the public
11am A&S entry opens in Main Hall; Authorizations, inspections begin
on the fighting field
11:30am Lunch begins in the gazebo by the fighting field
12pm Fighting begins; Children's Activities begin in or around main hall
1:30pm Children's Activities close
2pm A&S Entries closed
2:30pm A&S judging begins
3:30pm A&S judging closes
4pm Fighting ends; A&S entries must be collected; cambok on the lawn
4:30pm All beads to the bead counter
5pm Baronial Court
6pm Feast
10pm Site closes


FROM RALEIGH: Take I-40 to NC-147 (Durham Expressway) North to 15-501
North (Not 15-501 Bypass/Roxboro Rd). This quickly merges onto I-85
North. *Take the Duke St exit (Exit 176B) and head north. Turn left
onto Roxboro St. Go approximately 7 miles, and turn right onto Bahama
Rd. Spruce Pine Lodge is approximately 3 miles down the road.

FROM BURLINGTON/GREENSBORO: Take I-85 North to exit 176B (Duke St).
