Greetings again,

We have had a few questions about the afternoon quest at Coronation that I
thought would be better answered in a public forum so that everyone knows
the answers.

1) The quest is set up much like the one at Valharic and Arielle’s
Coronation except that our theme is “What you might see on a trip to the
Holy Land” complete with crusaders!

2) We have asked each barony who is willing to host one of the
stations. Currently, there are about 6 stations taken. So, we are now
willing to open the stations up to Cantons, Shires, Households, etc that
would like to host a station. Please e-mail us if this is the case. Feel
free to hang your banner up so that everyone knows who is providing the
information at that station.

3) There will be 2 fighting scenarios-one heavy and one rapier. You
will need to face the “bad guys” at both stations. If you need them, there
will be “rental fighters” at the station that you can pay to help you fight
your way through that station. The money raised at these two stations will
be donated to the Susan G. Koman Breast Cancer fund. There is no
requirement as to how much of a donation need be given in order to secure
these worthy warriors of the temple to help you safely past the “infidels”
but We hope that there will be much generosity.

4) There will be stations to challenge each team with a variety of
arts and skills of the Middle Ages. Besides the aforementioned combat
stations, there could be tasks involving heraldry or music, armor or foods,
strategy or dexterity. All will however relate, to one extent or another,
to the experiences one might encounter on a pilgrimage to the Holy Land.

If anyone thinks up other questions about the quest that have not been
answered, please let Us know. If you would like to host a station, you can
either contact Baroness Adeliza (the autocrat), or contact Us directly.

Thank you,

HRH Kari
