[MR] More Details of Coronation

Greetings again all,

This time, allow me to pass along some points of interest to all those attending or planning to attend Coronation:

The deadline to mail reservations is rapidly approaching! Please be sure all funds are in the mail no later than March 22nd, 2008.

Feast is full and the waitlist is at #19 already. Bunkhouse space is far from it! We have barely filled sleeping capacity but 1/3 so there is plenty of room on-site. There are no *deluxe* cabins left. Please contact the autocrat with *all* pavilion or tent requests.

After returning to make another walkthrough of the site recently, I can relay the following:

The bunkhouses do not have heat. The camp is primarily used in summer and we are arriving prior to season opening. The buildings are all well built, however there are screened upper windows in each that are covered by blinds. They do, fortunately, have electrical outlets in every cabin. This time of year is usually warm during the day, but chilly in the evening and just cold at night time. Lots of blankets are highly recommended. 

At least four bathouses are available on-site that include at least 6 sinks, 7 showers and 7 toilets. They are unisex. Unless you have reserved a deluxe cabin, these will be your facilities. Bunkhouses thought to have bathouses attached, in fact, have them right next to them. 

The merchant field is roughly 75 yards of downward rolling hill that is mostly grassy. It ends with a lovely view of Camp Wolfe. There will be space for group/personal pavilions in an additional area, then the overflow will be directed to join the merchant field.  

I think that is all the unexpected and/or unremembered things of importance from the camp walkthrough one would want to know early. If this has sparked some other questions or you need any information at all, please contact me ASAP!
