I just clarified with the hotel, the cancellation policy listed below does not apply to our specific room block.  The cancellation policy for this particular room block is a 24hour prior notice.

  If you are interested in staying in a hotel, I do have a room block set up.  The room block cut off date is fairly close, so if you are planning on booking, do so soon.

  Check in: 3pm and check out 12pm.
