[MR] Baronial Birthday Schedule and Notes

Good morning, 

I want first to say WOW and thank you to everyone who
has pre-registered for Baronial Birthday!  It looks to
be a fabulous turnout based on the numbers I saw last
night.  This event is going to be a lot of fun.  

So with that said, here is the schedule for Caer Mear'
Baronial Birthday this weekend. 

10am- Troll Opens
11am- A&S Set-up begins in the hall.  MOL opens.
11:30- Authorizations
Noon- Fighting begins
3pm- MOLs Class begins, pick-ups in the lists
4pm- Fighting ends, A&S closes
4:30- Court begins
5:30- Feast (Egg jousting will take place between the
removes)
10pm- Site is closed

The weather is somewhat up in the air at the moment. 
This morning's report is now calling for there only to
be rain in the morning, and potentially clearing up
throughout the day.  We have the ability to fight
under a covered pavilion, so regardless of what Mother
Nature throws at us, fighting will still take place.  

I am asking for volunteers to help with clean up after
feast.  In order for us to be off the site promptly at
10pm, we will need to work hard and fast to set
everything in order.  With the site being forty-five
minutes from Richmond, no one wants to be there all
night working to clean up before driving home in the
middle of the night so please consider sticking around
after feast and lending a hand with cleaning up the
kitchen and hall.  

Looking immensely forward to this coming weekend and
to seeing everyone at the event.
