[MR] poetic smackdown

Unto the good folk of Atlantia does Rosalind "I Write the Songs that 
Make the Knowne Worlde Sing" Jehanne send greetings. On behalf of myself 
and my fellow poets, I would like to thank Mistress Ceridwen for 
instigating (I mean initiating) the 1st Annual Duke Gyrth Memorial 
Poetic Smackdown. All of us had waaay too much fun composing and 
performing and smacking (I mean singing ) each other's praises, and I 
hope the kind and indulgent audience in the coffee house had as much 
amusement as we did. Thanks to Bran the mighty, James the Cat in the 
Hat, Ceridwen the MC, Jonathan Tanku Very Much, Rosanella the Queen of 
Improv, Axel, Olivier, Efenwealt, Justin Bardwell the great sub, 
Ruaidhri, and Dunstan the Bard in the Box - for being great sports as
