[MR] update need prayers

 Just short update ... first thank everyone for the prayers... sadley does not look like Casey will make it through .. shes got swelling on the brain and her organs have started to fail ... at time of writing she was still on life support but Casey parents will have to make a hard choice soon if to continue or discontinue the life support.... will update as more info comes in... thank you all again for prayers and continued prayers  and most of all those that contacted me to say not praying types but would ... god listens to you guys the loudest.... I always knew SCA was a special group of people but you've shown me how special
