Tent 1
10 am Pennsic Medicine Chest - What you want to have in your camp when someone gets sick at 3AM. This one is a modern Chirurgical / first aid / readiness course. Taught by Lord Erich von Kleinfeld.
11 am Medicine, Physic and Surgery in Period - It covers the evolution of medical practice over the course of the SCA's period, with some Classical foundations. Taught by Lord Erich von Kleinfeld.
1 pm How to be a lead scribe – Serving their Royal Majesties or your local baron and baroness at an event by collecting and organizing their scrolls as well as making sure there are no missing pieces. This is a labor of love! Taught by Baroness Rhonwen verch Tuder.
2pm Silk knotting – A skill and a meditation from the Mongol East. Taught by Countess Rowan Berra
3pm Period Rosaries – A history and discussion of period practices. . Taught by Countess Rowan Berra
Tent 2
10 am Cappo Ferro from the ground up – A practicum on the mechanics and theory of rapier fighting as detailed the Cappo Ferro manual. This will cover everything from the footwork to the bladework to the head; does not the title say it all? Taught by Lord Dante di Pietro.
1-4 pm Scribal open workshop – A welcome spot for all scribes, from the beginner to the master; a place to share knowledge and technique, or to dabble in an art that has always intrigued you. A few beginners’ kits will be available and there will be supplies to share for all interested in playing with paint and ink. All ages are welcome. Coordinated by Graidhne ni Ruaidh. (Yes, my sweet, these first hits will be free, but when you are hooked, you must buy your own… the tranquility and camaraderie of this art is indeed addicting)
1-4 pm Heraldic Consultation Table – Lady Seraphina is coordinating this for all who want help with the registration of their names and arms. A full service opportunity!
Tent 3
11 am Heraldic Display – An overview of the many ways to use your heraldry to proclaim your presence upon the field, to glorify your barony and household, and to enhance the Society we love. Taught by Baron Charles O’Connor, Morgenstern Herald.
12 pm Basic Court Etiquette – How to handle yourself during those frightening and exhilarating times you are called up in court. Learn how to address the many nobles who populate our Society, as well as the customs of Atlantia and its lands. Taught by Lady Ana Beig de Roslyn.
1 pm Islamic Heraldry – Heraldic customs and designs of the Middle East, including many of the Arabic cultures that are less studied because they are less available to us. Taught by Baron Charles O’Connor.
2 pm Advanced Protocol – A class that is a must for any who might find themselves arranging toasts at a feast, counseling their baronage on appropriate protocol, arranging the grand processional, and dealing with foreign dignitaries and nobles. Some are customs that are still in use in the ambassadorial circles today. Taught by Baron Charles O’Connor, who can also tell you which ones have changed through the ages and how they have changed.

1 pm Beer – An overview of brewing as it was done in the Middle Ages. Taught by Lord Michel von Schonsee
2-4 pm All Things Syrup – This will cover everything from finding the recipes to using them, to judging them in competitions. Taught by Lady Reyne Telarius.
