[MR] time for WoW III!

reetings! time is getting closer for WoW III! i'm in need of
 heralds for the field, to cry the camps, and i would love to have a
 heralds table. i also would like one herald to help with judging the
 procession, since my skills are not the greatest yet. i would also
 like one volunteer to be a stand by at the processional to help run up
 and down the line, as well as be there in case my voice goes kaput. :)

 to do. my goal is to have a semi-schedule so that no herald is on the
 field, or crying the camps all day. it should be hot, and our voices
 go quickly.
