[MR] lochmere summer fighter practice outside

Greetings,

Until further notice, the Lochmere baronial fighter practice will be  
held outdoors on Tuesday evenings from 6:30 PM until dark.

In the case of inclement weather, I will be sending notice of  
cancelation prior to 5:30 PM to the Lochmere, Atlantian, and Atlantian  
rapier mailing lists.
