Greetings unto the populace of Atlantia from the Chancellor of
University of Atlantia,

As has been noted in prior missives from the Kingdom Seneschal and the
Kingdom bid deputy, we do not have a bid for the October session of
University of Atlantia (May 1st was the deadline).  In order to recruit
instructors, create the schedule, and publish the schedule in enough
time to allow people to pre-register for classes, we must have a viable
bid in preferably before July and definitely before Pennsic.  

If you have questions about the guidelines for University bids, they

Any questions you may have beyond what is found there can be directed
to me.  I know that many schools do not plan very far ahead, but if you
are interested in hosting University, please impress upon the sites you
negotiate with what our scheduling needs are so they understand that
they cannot be tardy....8^)
