cooler water - melted ice water in the bottom of your
igloo or coleman qualifies as Hazmat, ie Hazardous material.
 
its a breeding ground for all those nasties that float in the
summer breeze.
 
**please dont put it in your babys pool, wash
your blistered feet with it, etc.**  
 
[general posting because on three separate lists im seeing
people mention using cooler water for anything besides
the bacterial swill it actually is.]
