The "context" for the award ("cookies" as you like to demean them) discussion is in finding ways to lighten the burden of Royals wishing to recognize ALL of their populous though creative solutions such as turning 2 people into 4. During your last reign you successfully turned 2 into 1 and 1 in a lot of cases by dividing and concurring regional events (another GREAT idea). Unfortunately that idea won't work from everyone as most Kings and Queens live in the same area (if not the same house). Make no mistake, the way we all play the game will change. Do we want to try to have some control over that change. I should have thought yes.
