Unto the Populace of Atlantia,
I have been asked to forward this missive to the Kingdom of Atlantia to see
what the populace thinks about this change in Society Law. If there are any
questions, I will then forward them back to Master Erik of Telemark.
In Service to Kingdom and Crown,
Ldy. Maire Eriksdottir of Telemark

Kingdoms (or any other branch), No. That would be the SCA organizing and
managing it.

Again with the fact that any individual handing over a canteen of water is
doing so of their own volition. Households have no official standing.
whatever they do is on their own merit or demerit. Guilds are a
recognized, sanctioned special interest group. as such, they may not
sponsor, manage or regulate the acquisition or dispensing of water or
other hydrating beverages.

We do not regulate the taking of aspirin at our events. If someone abuses
it and it results in harm, we do not own the blame for it.
In short, de-regulation means just that.
When lawyers are forced to pick the path, no-one is usually pleased with
the destination. (Abraham Lincoln, 1858)
