[MR] Pennsic Rapier Scouts

Greetings to the Rapier fighters of Atlantia!

I have been charged by the Kingdom Rapier Warlord to find and train
scouts for Pennsic.  To be truly effective in this assignment I request
that a minimum of 5 good gentles step forward to learn and train.  

Scouting is not a concept that Atlantia has embraced in the past for
rapier but having a dedicated group of fighters, who can aid our Warlord
on the field and in the woods specifically, will increase our chances of
victory.  The general role of a scout is to run messages from commander
to commander, warn lines of enemies approach, perform reconnaissance in
the woods, plus much more.  

This coming Sunday I will be in attendance at the Northern Army of
Atlantia's war muster, and will be available to answer questions and
talk more on the role of scouts.  It is being held at the Prince William
County Fairgrounds (This year's site for Stierbach's Baronial Birthday,
and past Holiday Faire's).  Due to my duties as Baroness of Stierbach I
will be unable to dedicate time on Saturday to an official
information/training session.  However, I plan to meet with interested
parties at Pennsic, and will have a training session on the field after
the La Rochelle scenario the middle Sunday along with another one later
in the week as well.

interested parties before Pennsic after I get back from my family
vacation (I will be completely unavailable from 3-15 July).
