I put up information on the "internet" on making Wisby armor in 
1993.  I haven't changed it much since then (though the web certainly 
has). I put the information together  for Master Robyyan, who was 
trying to help out friends in New Zealand. He was trying to help get 
them armored up.

I had built several sets of armor at that point out of the original 
wisby armor patterns, for myself and others, having puzzled out how 
to turn an archeological dig document into usable armor (after 
building one set _completely_ to scale - empirically learning we've 
gotten bigger). I still pretty regularly get questions on that page 
from all over the world.

If you google for wisby, it's the first page that comes up , how cool 
is that :-)
