But.... The only thing I've EVER seen Pelicans flock around is fresh fish!!!!
Oh, wait.... Wrong list.... I'm not on a Nautical list, am I....

I have cats, once as a child, I even had 23 cats on our farm. I can herd them.  Pelicans can be herded too, if like cats,they have something that motivates them in the same direction.
