Apparently you have missed the prior discussions on this topic.
The SCA and Atlantia have many awards, as do its baronages. None of them to
my knowledge - and CERTAINLY not the peerages - require publishing on the
web.
There are so many it's certainly possible there's an award specifically "for
web publishing", but I doubt it. Any award for publishing would almost
certainly be for publishing in any medium.
