You know I couldn't agree more. Luckily, we already have such a mentoring program in place. The Pages Academy is for children aged 9 - 14 who voice a desire to be mentored in various activities, (including, but not limited to A&S, service, and the courtesy/chivalry/history within our game). They choose a sponsor that their parents are amenable to, and that sponsor, (be it Knight, Laurel, Pearl, Pelican, Dolphin, or good-hearted Lady/Lord) agrees to act as mentor, teacher, coach, and friend as the Page progresses through the ranks of the Academy with their good works.
By the way, if you're interested in being involved in this program, I'm in need of proctors and deputies :D
