[MR] Queen's Corner

I expect any associate to have the goal of becoming a peer one day if they officially associate with a peer/household. I admire all associates that don't have the need to brag about being an associate as if it's a position of its own.

I have no issues with someone striving to be a peer. I have issues with people regularly whining to anyone that they're not peers feeling entitled to recognition they don't have. Having been a lady for 20 years I'm not impressed by this attitude at all.

Course we all go through burnout phases but those usually pass pretty quickly. Long term burnout phases worry me.
