If I found myself in your shoes, I wouldn't worry about getting together clothes for a week. I'd scrape together something to wear on an extended shopping spree when I got there. 
 
You can buy clothes off the rack at Pennsic. There are places where you can buy second hand garb cheaply. I also recommend Tigger Togs when you get there, as you can buy good, simple new garb for very reasonable prices. I've outfitted many a new person this way, and most of the Painted Wheel bachelors did this very thing, particularly at their very first Pennsics. We are a walking billboard for Tigger Togs. :-)
 
Macsi, one of our guys from Maine,  had his SUV catch on fire about five miles out of Cooper's Lake one year. Lost pretty much everything. He is a Drunken Mariner, too, and that means he is a hard core clothes horse, and even HE managed to get a wardrobe together AT PENNSIC, between his own purchases and what the rest of us gifted him with. 
 
I wouldn't worry about getting an entire wardrobe sewn in time. You sound like you have enough stress in your life. I'm really sorry to hear about this calamity, this really is awful, and I feel for you. 
 
So, garb you can get at Pennsic. There is a Walmart nearby to Coopers. Take a deep breath. Let it out slow. You'll be okay. :-)
