To say I'm a bit down on my luck is putting it mildly.
I had decided to go to Pennsic and promptly began packing up my trailer with everything I use to camp. Everything from my Period tent to my mundane fighting clothes. Saturday morning I discovered it was stolen. They broke in the fence and hooked up the trailer and took it all. Every cotton and linen gown I had obtained in the last 6 years is now gone with everything else I had owned.
I need to start fresh. And quickly because Pennsic is coming on fast. Is there anyone who would be willing to whip up about 5 dresses for me? Really simple ones, like the quarter gown, or gore dress, or even sideless surcoat?
I fear I don't sew very well. And sew downright shameful when I'm in a hurry and stressed. Of course I'd buy the fabric, and pay you for your labors.
I'm in Upper Marlboro Maryland and could meet with you at events, or in the evenings for fittings or whatever you may need.
