Looks like a $10 muffin fan in a box.

Unless you have the right sized cooler, you'll have to get the $21 adapter plate OR you can probably make your own with a piece of plywood and a muffin fan like this one:

A car battery would be very heavy to lug around, but with around 50-55 amp hours (50-55000 mAh), you can probably run the fan for 100 hrs uninterrupted.

But I'm too lazy and afriad of electrocuting myself to attempt it.
