[MR] Curia at Assessments?

Good evening to the Tavern!

I have heard a rumor that there will be a Curia at Assessments, however I
don't recall reading that in the Acorn.  Can someone please enlighten me if
this rumor is true and if so, is there a possible time set for its
occurrence?
