That will happen when a group of people stop talking about it, organize
themselves, and work long and hard toward that goal.   And not one moment
before!

But that will take hard, largely unappreciated work, performed over a long
period of time.  I suspect most people on this list aren't interested enough
in the topic to actually do some work to get the job done, much less all the
work that will be required.

If I'm right, in another week this topic will have bored enough people by
its longevity that they'll move onto another one to pontificate about.
