I would like to step in and state:

That obviously one of the reasons that things did fail last time, was
that there was in fact a breakdown/lack-of communication.  From emails
such as both of yours, as well as mine and others.

Different people in different groups were hearing very different things,
whether on purpose, or by accident.

In any case, that was 10 years ago, and now the majority of Atlantia is
connected, we have this wonderfully active Merry Rose, and so on.

I would only state that we should learn from the activities of 10 years
ago, and ensure that any talks now are done as openly as possible, so
that, if in the end, like 10 years ago, these talks end in failure ...
that we all know exactly why it failed, and therefore what to keep an
eye on for the future, as you say.
