I read a different meaning into your words than that which you intended.
Please accept my appologies.
Your Grace Richard,
I do agree with your statement, and had not meant to imply that
Baronages should be passed over in favor of those of Ducal or County
rank regarding the appointments to bestow awards for the Crown.
My intent was to demonstrate that there are a number of
solutions/people to the rising cost of travel and the consequences of
it.
My final comment about instiuting Duchies and Counties, was
predominantly for mirth, since there is no provision in corpora for
them.
