While I was not a party to either the bid nor the rejection and also
don't know EVERYTHING about this bid rejection it is slightly telling
that the bid process for 12th night has been extended because of lack
of bids.
I would think that if you only have one bid, then that group gets
it... regardless of the distances involved.
