[MR] Driving Distances

I cannot believe I read that a northern bid was reject do to distance when the last 2 12th nights were on the western side of the kingdom and fairly far south. The proposed site is 1 hour from the DC and Baltimore area and the last 2 were 7 hours plus away; how about we switch it up for once. I would also like to see numbers on who has larger attendance the northern 12th nights or the southern ones; biggest I have been too was the one in Manassas VA and hour of so from the now rejected site. Shouldn’t accessibility to more people be a factor?

If I recall the numbers correctly in not the DC and surrounding areas the most populated part of the kingdom and over all does not the north have more members? Why should a northern bid then be rejected do to distance?
