[MR] Event Bids and Driving Distances

Greetings,
 
I too feel your frustration about driving distances. As you are at the northern most area of the Kingdom, I am at its most Southern point. We have trouble with getting classes for warrants down this way. 
 
I spoke with Her Grace Simone about possibly putting in a bid for a University down this way for the winter a few weeks ago. Sadly, I have looked at my year's Calendar and noticed that we have several demos and five events between now and that time (Two of which I am helping organize) I do not believe I could give the effort that is needed (should be given) to the event.
 
We were beside ourselves excited that this past Crown was three and a half hours away from us down here. And even then we just barely went out of our Barony!
 
I feel your "red headed step child" feelings.
