I* *would be very grateful if Lady Sydney would explain this for me.( This
in not a criticism, I just don't understand what you mean.)
I cannot fathom why it would be a long drawn out and painful process.  Sure,
it would take time, that I understand, but is there something else in the
way?  I am sure there are many people that are willing to work on the
paperwork it would need, and follow whatever steps it takes to become a
Principality.  How hard can it be? Is it difficulty with the BOD, or what? I
think it would only be painful if people made it that way.  I personally do
not have any idea what it takes but I am volunteering right now to help.   *
