[MR] Thrown weapons at Highland River Melees

Greetings!  There will be thrown weapons at Highland River Melees this
year.  There will NOT be a tournament.  We will only have hard targets
- so no spears - axes and knives only.  In order to throw weapons you
MUST have your site badge which shows that you have trolled in and
signed the waiver and you MUST be in garb.  Attendees who do not have
their site token will not be permitted to throw weapons, and members
of the general public will NOT be permitted to throw weapons.  If
anyone who is a currently warranted thrown weapons marshall is willing
to give an hour or two of your time, it will allow the range to remain
open longer, otherwise the range will only be open for a few hours -
as long as I feel safe about running the range.  Any questions,
