[MR] Event Bids and Driving Distances

In actuality, my lady Sveva, the chances of the roads being blocked
due to snow in this area are extremely remote. The complex in
question is immediately off of a major 4 lane road, which is only a
few miles off of interstate 70. It is all highway miles the entire
way there on this end of the trip. I am fairly certain that the
possibility of roads being blocked is not too big of a concern here.
