[MR] Midrealm cheer (was "Vivat")

Don't know what the broader Midrealm was doing or what official
Protocol at the Midrealm Court was (me being the fifth son of a poor
East Kingdom Duke of Jersey City, and all), but when I moved to the
College of Grey Gargoyles I listened and asked and they was saying
Huzzah (rightly or wrongly... University of Chicago tends to go it's
own way, regardless of convention, after all). As to my speech
impediment, I believe I've done pretty well conquering that with all
my therapy and hard work and all back as a youth, thanks for asking.
