Greetings to those who do read this missive from Gisela vom Kreuzbach, 
event steward of War of the Wings III Oct 9-12.

Breast cancer has been killing women for thousands of years, being the 
disease for which we have the earliest recognizable medical texts in 
ancient Egypt.

Quilting is a tool our foremothers developed to make the most use of 
all materials at hand and keep their loved ones warm and protected.

Once again our dear friend Baroness Morwenna has offered a quilt, made 
by her own hand, to be raffled at WoWIII in support of the Susan G.
