No, the MidRealm uses "Hoobah!"  It came to pass that the 2nd or 3rd king of the MidRealm and some other gentles were watching some belly dancers, when one of the gentlemen said, "Hubbah hubbah!"  The king corrected him to say, "No, that would be 'Hoobah!'"   I guess that was supposed to sound more period somehow.  It became tradition, and it is still used there.
 
More powerful than a locomotive!  Faster than a speeding bullet!  Able to leap tall builings in a single bound!  Look!  Up in the air!  It's a bird!  It's a plane!  No...  it's...  TRADITION!!!

Seems to me that we used "Huzzah" in the Midrealm as well.....
But then, I've been a Rennie for longer than I've been a SCAdian, so I
could very well be confused... **grins**

You absolutely right, it's a Ren Fen thing. Also, some of the western
kingdoms use it. It tends to be easier to create a beat with due to the cue
"hip hip".
