Thank you, Gise.  Now we are getting closer to what we need to really think
carefully about when deciding upon forming a new principality in the
northern reaches of the kingdom.
I like change.  I think it's exciting!  The one condition which must be met
is that the decision was fully examined from as many points of the spectrum
as possible.   Does it matter what the rest of the kingdom feels?
Absolutely!

Personally, if the folks up there (since I'm in the southern end) feel it is
beneficial to branch off, that's OK with me.  However this needs to be
discussed thoroughly, logically, and without excess emotion to cloud our
focus.  A big decision like this one requires everyone to look at all the
possible benefits and difficulties which would be associated with such a
change.  We all need the same level of information on the idea of what will
happen, not just paperwork, but the reality of the after-effects.  And we
have to remember that since we are such unique individuals we express a
variety of opinions and not everyone will be happily to be gathered around
the campfire drinking hot cocoa - although we would very much like for them
to be.
