I agree with part of both sides of the coin. On the one hand, certain events held at a central location would be helpful to us who have to plan trips very carefully. I cannot get to events in the northern reaches of the kingdom as it is too far to travel and gas prices are just too high. I do think for some events (like 12th night) it might be nice to have one in the northern area and the other in the southern region. We are lucky to have a large and involved populace that is spread over several states. This benefit also poses a problem as members in the southern portion of the kingdom rarely get the chance to attend events in the northern region. Especially in a kingdom like ours that is so spread out. I dont think breaking the kingdom up into barrony sized kingdoms is the answer. I have mentioned before that with the economy the way it is, we may benefit by having maybe 2 kingdoms from the one or maybe the P word that people dont like to talk about.
 Until something like that happens, I will remain loyal to my kingdom and my king and queen.
